Worked with over 20 clients, primarily in the higher education and government sectors, consistently receiving excellent feedback for creative and technical solutions.
Hosted discovery calls to understand client needs and presented design mockups using Figma.
Designed and implemented responsive, accessible web solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and occasionally Bootstrap, Tailwind, and SCSS, based on client preference.
Integrated external agency designs into T4 CMS, adapting PHP modules as needed to meet project requirements.
Conducted QA testing for HTML validation, accessibility compliance, and browser/device responsiveness.
Built strong client relationships, with multiple clients expressing a preference to collaborate with me on future projects due to exceptional results.
Implemented pages for Bankinter Consumer Finance based on mockups provided by client.
Created earnings simulator page for Bankinter, using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript and jQuery.
Edited contents and templates in OpenText WEM system for Bankinter Partner and Bankinter Consumer Finance.
Led OpenText WEM employee training sessions for Bankinter's team.
Helped with content migration for IAM - Ayuntamiento de Madrid.
Researched UX process, conducted UX research with company employees and designed an internal allocation map solution for time management during MSc dissertation internship.
Dissertation: "Improve human resources management via UX/UI".
